Each student is only responsible for their own rent- never someone else’s! That means if a roomate transfers, graduates, or moves out for any reason, you have no financial worries.

We offer events for students to mirror the on campus lifestyle, but give the freedom of off campus living. Our management and maintenance staff is available 24/7 to support our residents with whatever they may need.

No moving truck needed! All of our units come full furnished at no extra charge to make your transition to apartment living as easy as possible. However, there is plenty of room in our units for you to make it feel like home. Keep in mind, if there is a piece of furniture we’ve provided that you would like removed, we would be happy to do so.

No roommate? No problem! Each student can simply complete our personal profile questionnaire and we’ll mach them with others who expressed similar interests, hobbies, and study habits.

With on-site management and maintenance, and an on-call staff member available 24/7, we’re always on duty to address each student’s needs. Also, our building has controlled access entry after-hours and is equipped with a state-of-the-art security & camera system.

All students require a guarantor to complete the guaranty agreement. A student can act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they meet a monthly income requirement. The guarantor will need to sign the guaranty agreement. If the resident is not of legal age to execute a contract, the guarantor will be required to sign both the lease and guaranty agreement.

A credit application must be completed by both the tenant, as well as their parent/guarantor.

We offer lease terms as short as 5 months so that you can feel confident about your living situation in these uncertain times.

With private bedrooms and bathrooms for every student, quarantining upon arrival from out of state will not be an issue when living at the Lofts.

Effective August 23, 2020, the Monroe County Health Department has informed the University that New York State is requiring individuals arriving from international locations, including Canada, to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in New York State. This requirement went into effect beginning with international arrivals to the University on Sunday, August 23. All students arriving to New York from restricted states also must quarantine (https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/covid-19-travel-advisory).  Students may not come on campus for any reason until they have completed their quarantine.
